SEGA of Japan has announced the release date for Shining Hearts and it will land overseas on December 2nd for a hefty ¥6,279 price or US$74. Folks who pre-order the title will receive the Pirate Fan Disc:

The title is the next in SEGA’s Shining series of titles and is a combination of a traditional RPG with love/relationship simulation elements.
